First Sample

Tonight we tried the Ginger Beer, which has been quietly and non-explosively sitting in the dark for the last few weeks.

Gently fizzy, possibly a little more would be desirable. They've definitely improved the flavour of the kit since we last tried it 5 years ago, but I think it will benefit from adding some fresh ginger to the next batch. Sweetness is just right by my standards.
Very drinkable.
