It has been a week for planning & organisation. We now have a new wall planner to cover Aug 07 to Aug 08, it looks scarily full already except for a sort of hole in the middle. Apparently we do a lot of things early and late in the month.
We also got our info pack for the 2008 Olympics. The fencing tickets certainly won't break the bank at £3.60 for prelims, £8.40 for finals. Accommodation and flights on the other hand... Not that we're planning on using their package deals, but we can still be scared by them.
Rowing last night, my team has improved considerably since last week despite not doing anything in the interim. We can now balance the boat quite well, and have rowing in pairs working well. All four rowing at once however rocks the boat somewhat alarmingly.
Nearer to home, noticed this morning that one of our neighbours front windows was broken with a big hole quite high up. Not sure if it was from the inside (double glazed, so quite a feat if they managed to break through both panes with enough force to spray glass across the pavement), or from the outside (might have only been the outer pane broken, didn't look closely enough to check). Either way, it might be another subtle hint that we should consider moving.
Edit: Looks like it's just the outer pane, so I guess that would be someone outside chucking something at it.
