Swedish Meatballs

Strangely enough, I've never made Swedish Meatballs before. Don't even remember eating them although I'm pretty sure I must have at some point.
However I had the urge to do something meatball-ish, so thought I'd give it a go. Results were delicious so ( here's the recipe )
