Cornwall Pro-Sabre

Went to the inaugural Cornwall Pro-Sabre competition on the weekend. 'twas good.

Thus my adventure ended with dragging a fencing bag through lesser-known London streets at midnight, pointedly ignoring the drunk welcoming me to Sunny London.

Sunday in London

My plan for a nice lie-in on Sunday was thrice-foiled. First there was the neighbours making a noisy departure. Then there was the absent neighbour who had apparently left the alarm set and so it beeped away loudly for quite a long time. Finally after someone attended to that, St Pauls began enthusiastically ringing their bells at close intervals. This last one I don't mind so much, but did decide it was time to give up and go get some breakfast.

Outside there was sunshine, ( so I went for a walk )

A very pleasant day, although all that walking in London has left me with irritated eyes/ears/nose & throat. The place doesn't look or smell especially polluted, I don't really think it's any worse than Melbourne was, but a couple of hours walk in it will get me every time. Living in little Glasgow must be making me soft.
